Captain Hong Bi-Soo (Kwak Do-won) at the Daecheon Police Station, went on his first overseas trip to the Philippines. The target is «Byungsoo», a murder suspect caught by an organized gang of outlaw Patrick (Kim Hee-Won). However, on the spot, detective instincts are running amok.
